Paige Roberts

Paige Roberts is a Florida-based filmmaker and the Head of Admissions and Student Life at Florida State University’s College of Motion Picture Arts. A graduate of the program, she earned her BFA in Motion Picture Production in 2012 before beginning her career in the film industry. In 2019, she returned to FSUFilm to lead the admissions team, where she now plays a key role in shaping and supporting the next generation of storytellers.

Dedicated to fostering equity and access within film education, Roberts is passionate about creating spaces where students from all backgrounds can thrive. Her work centers on supporting emerging voices and ensuring that every filmmaker has access to the mentorship, resources, and creative community they need to grow. She believes deeply in the importance of doing this work in the Southeast, where amplifying perspectives that may not otherwise be heard is especially meaningful. A recipient of the Outstanding Undergraduate Advising Award, Roberts is recognized for her commitment to student success and for fostering an environment where students feel supported, challenged, and empowered to discover their unique voices as storytellers.
